四川預應力錨具安裝施工時需特別注意這幾點

(1)對于預應力筋的切割,建議使用砂輪鋸,不應使用電弧切割;

(2)捆扎時,應拉直捆扎成束,不得擾動。鋼絞線固定端的擠壓錨固或壓花錨具應預先與壓板和螺旋筋組裝,

(3)施加預應力的設備和儀器應定期維護和校準;

(4)在預應力筋拉伸前,應提供混凝土強度試驗報告。當混凝土的抗壓強度滿足設計要求且不低于設計強度等級的75%時,可施加預應力;

(5)張拉預應力筋前,應清除承重板表面,檢查壓板后面的混凝土質量。在混凝土中有空隙的地方,應在拉伸前用環氧砂漿修補;

(6)安裝錨固裝置時,錨固板應為正,夾緊應緊固,夾子位置應均勻:但夾緊時不得打得過硬敲擊剪輯。

(7)大噸位預應力筋正式拉伸前,應與專業人員一起檢驗和拉拔。確認拉伸過程合理,拉伸伸長正常,分批拉伸前不出現有害裂紋。根據需要確定實際的孔摩擦損失。對于彎曲的預應力束,小型千斤頂不能用于單張力;造成不必要的預應力損失。張緊時,操作人員必須站在安全區域并采取保護措施。請注意,操作人員嚴禁站在預應力筋張拉和張緊的前面;

(8)當預應力筋拉伸時,它們應該從零加載到在測量的延伸開始時的初始拉力,然后被分級并加載到所需的張力。

(9)預應力筋的拉伸管理,應力控制和伸長率檢查。實際伸長率與計算伸長率的允許偏差為-5%至+ 10%。如果超過此值,則應暫停張力;在繼續拉動之前可能會采取措施調整緊張局勢;如果伸長率太小,可以使用超張力,但張力限制不得超過0.8 fptk;在預應力筋的彎曲處,為了增加內支架的拉應力,減小錨固后下顎的拉應力,可采用超張緊松動技術;

(10)隧道灌漿應密實,水泥強度等級不得低于C30。在灌漿之前,孔應該潮濕和干凈。灌漿應平緩,平穩,不間斷地進行,應平穩耗盡。在堵塞的情況下,必須更換灌漿端口,但必須先倒入第一次澆注的水泥漿以避免兩種澆注的水泥漿之間存在氣體。填充孔并關閉該行氣孔后,壓力應進一步增加到0.5-0.6MPa,灌漿孔應晚關閉。垂直注漿壓力應根據注漿高度確定;

(11)對連接連接的多跨連續預應力筋灌漿,一跨跨度完成后應拉伸一次,所有跨度完成后不得進行灌漿;

(12)預應力筋錨固后的露出長度不得小于30mm。錨固應受到密封混凝土的保護。當需要長期暴露時,應采取措施防止腐蝕;當鋼絞線有浮銹時,應去除錨固夾緊部分鋼絞線和鋼絞線外端的銹蝕和污物,以防止其被安裝或拉伸。浮銹和污垢填滿滑槽并導致滑動導線;

(13)工具夾為三件式,工件夾為兩件,不能混用。工作錨不能作為工具錨重用;

(14)錨應妥善保管和使用,不得生銹,有水或其他污染物??梢酝ㄟ^從箱體中取出泡沫來使用工作夾,但是當預應力束很長并且錨必須反復張緊時,建議在套筒的錐形孔中涂抹少量潤滑劑(例如回縮錨)錨板,這不僅有利于工作。夾子的后續和撤退有利于錨固的多重錨固;工具夾的外表面和錨板中的錐形孔在表面使用前涂抹潤滑劑,經常清除夾子表面的碎屑,可以使背襯固定器具有彈性,但是當夾子破裂或齒面損壞時,需要更換并且不能再次使用;

(15)拉動時應有安全措施,拔出千斤頂后不能站立;

(16)錨系統應與其他系統結合使用。 如果要進行靜載試驗,請使用有機溶劑(如汽油)清潔夾子,擦凈錨板孔上的防銹油,否則會影響錨具固性能;

(17)預應力施工應由專業施工隊進行,施工人員應經過認證和培訓。
